I’m married to the love of my life with 3 amazing kiddos! NOPE, life is FAR from perfect but it’s the perfectly imperfect journey that I wouldn’t trade for anything. We’ve had trials and battles to fight that would bring your to your knees (they did for us for sure!!) and we know there will always be more on the horizon. BUT with faith and family, I believe we can pretty much conquer anything.

As a wife and mom of 3, health and wellness is my passion and I love being able to help others through this platform. I have been the face behind ‘My Think Fit, Inc.’ on social media for more than a decade. I have experience as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor as well as fat loss nutrition consulting. I have taught and trained at local gyms, have owned my own bootcamp and trained clients online from all over the country through my virtual platform.
After having my second child, I started researching a different angle to weight loss versus the traditional calories in vs. calories out method….more importantly FAT LOSS. I jumped on a 4 week jump start program I found online and never looked back. From there I did several programs and eventually got certified as a Nutrition Consultant so that I could share my knowledge and experience with others to help them find a long term and sustainable solution for the fat loss lifestyle. It’s a true gateway into FINDING A BALANCED LIFE…my focus is to help women find their perfectly imperfect strength through fat loss methods and mindset hacks.

I’ve been a fitness enthusiast most of my life, but it wasn’t until a I became a mom that I realized how helping others in this area is what I’m meant to do. Who knew that you could make a career out of living a healthy life and doing something you love?
